On April 1, 2023, at approximately 10:56 AM, [redacted] vehicle was stopped by Police Officers Robert Orlando and Gregory Carosella of the 120th Precinct for her failure to signal at an intersection at Howard Avenue and Clove Road in Staten Island. PO Orlando then told [redacted] to "open the fucking door" and removed [redacted] from the vehicle (Allegation A: Discourtesy, Within NYPD Guidelines). [redacted]'s husband, was in the front passenger seat when Police Officer Anthony Giannattasio of the 120th Precinct pointed his gun at [redacted] and told him, "Open the fucking door" (Allegation B: Force, Unable to Determine and Allegation C: Discourtesy, Within NYPD Guidelines). PO Giannattasio then removed [redacted] from the vehicle and placed him in handcuffs.
