Description: On January 19, 2021, while lawfully present near 349 East 116th Street in New York, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully approached, searched, assaulted, battered, arrested, and detained by defendants John Peloso, Luis Hiraldo-Garcia, Jose Ramos, and John Does 1-10, in an excessive manner without legal justification.
