Complaint
Description: Police officers forcefully entered plaintiff's residence, grabbed and twisted plaintiff's arm, and handcuffed the plaintiff. Plaintiff's daughter started filming the incident, after which, another police officer seized the cell phone from plaintiff's daughter and erased the video. Apartment was searched and nothing was found. Officers then claimed that plaintiff was drunk and forced her to go to Queens Hospital in handcuffs.
