Summary

On April 2, 2017, at approximately 11:30 p.m., [redacted] was in his apartment, located at [redacted] in Queens, with his mother, [redacted] when Police Officer Elvisa Kolenovic, Police Officer Anthony Sgueglia, Police Officer Christopher Gallino, and Police Officer Joseph Read, all of the 107th Precinct, entered the apartment (Allegations A, B, C, and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Inside the apartment, PO Read allegedly told [redacted] that the officers "should take [redacted] outside and beat the crap out of him," after he removed a knife from his jacket pocket (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] was placed into handcuffs and PO Kolenovic, PO Sgueglia, PO Gallino, and PO Read removed [redacted] from his apartment where he was taken by EMS to [redacted] (Allegations F, G, H, and I: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
On April 10, 2017, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Sergeant Robert Wong of the 107th Precinct, along with an unknown amount of officers and EMTs, entered [redacted] s apartment (Allegation J: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). After the responding EMTs evaluated [redacted] on scene and determined that he did not need to be removed to the hospital, all officers and EMTs left [redacted] s apartment.
On April 24, 2017, at approximately 7:00 p.m., [redacted] was in his apartment when PO Sgueglia, Police Officer Paramveer Singh, Police Officer Timothy Gorman, and Police Officer Matthew Klein, all of the 107th Precinct, entered the apartment (Allegations K, L, M, and N: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
