Description: On July 24, 2015, at about 8:20 pm, plaintiff Damien Williams was walking and talking with his friend Tyiana, who was walking her dog, near the northeast corner of Eighth Avenue and West 152nd Street in Manhattan. Plaintiff and his friend observed the arrest of a man named Dexter, when an unidentified Defendant NYPD Officer Jane Doe informed the other officer-defendants that plaintiff and his friend were also involved in Dexter's conduct leading up to his arrest. One of the officer-defendants said he found a single die for playing dice near where Dexter was arrested. Description: On July 24, 2015, plaintiff was walking her Yorkie dog and chatting with three friends. Nearby on the sidewalk people were rolling dice. A police van pulled up and the people on the sidewalk starting running away. A police officer grabbed the plaintiff from behind. PO Rebecca Gonzalez (shield no. 19407) told plaintiff she was under arrest for gambling and handcuffed her so tightly that they cut into plaintiff's wrists.
