Summary

On January 28, 2016, at 6:05 a.m., no-knock search warrant [redacted] requested by PO Juan Morales of the 75th Precinct was executed at [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegation A). ESU officers gained entry into the apartment with their guns drawn and an officer pointed his gun at [redacted] alleged an officer told him to "get to the fucking ground" (Allegation B).
