On March 2, 2018, at approximately 12:19 P.M., [redacted] was at his mother [redacted] home at [redacted] in Brooklyn, and the two were having an argument. [redacted] called the police to have [redacted] removed from the property. As he was leaving, [redacted] was stopped in the foyer of the home by PO Jay Rivera and PO William Rivera, both of the 75th Precinct. PO Jay Rivera pushed [redacted] into the house and held him against a wall. [redacted] pushed back, and both officers took him to the ground (Allegations A and B: Force - [redacted]).
