On April 1st, 2018, at approximately 4:43PM, Police Officers Alfred Maldonado and Victor Cruz of the 44th Precinct used physical force against [redacted] in front of and inside 906 Morris Avenue in the Bronx (Allegations A and B: Force, [redacted]).
