On March 3, 2019, [redacted] was inside her home [redacted] in the Bronx, when Police Officer Kyron Delarosa, and Police Officer Ryan Duffany, both assigned to the 47th Precinct, entered the building in response to a dispute between [redacted] and her tenant, [redacted] PO Delarosa entered [redacted] Is room to speak to her (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). PO Delarosa handcuffed [redacted] and pulled on her arm, causing her discomfort (Allegation B: Force - [redacted]). The officers brought her to the 47th Precinct stationhouse.
