Summary

On April 11, 2019, at approximately 4:05 a.m., Detective Louis Defranco and other officers from Manhattan South Narcotics executed a "no-knock" search warrant at [redacted] in the Bronx. [redacted] were the leaseholders of the apartment. The officers entered the apartment, breaking down the apartment door in the process (Allegations A-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Defranco and Detective Benjamin Lopez, of the 9th Precinct Detective Squad, entered a bedroom shared by [redacted] and [redacted]. Det.
