On January 23, 2020, at approximately 6:40 AM, officers from the Emergency Services Unit (ESU) and the 73rd Precinct, with PO Philip Tantillo of Criminal Intelligence Section, forced entry into [redacted] in Brooklyn, damaging the front door in the process (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Officers pointed guns at [redacted] (Allegation C: Force, [redacted] and an officer pointed a gun at [redacted]'s husband, [redacted] (Allegation D: Force, [redacted] Officers then searched the apartment's bedroom, living room, and dining room (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] [redacted]'s nightgown allegedly came undone while she was being handcuffed.
