Summary

On March 23, 2023, at approximately 8:28 PM, [redacted] was stopped by Police Officers Emanuel Crespo, Eric Perrier and Luis Hiraldo-Garcia of Patrol Service Area 5 (PSA 5) outside of [redacted] in Manhattan (Allegations A, B, and C: Abuse of Authority). PO Crespo then used the word "fuck," while communicating with [redacted] (Allegation F: Discourtesy, [redacted]). The same day, at approximately 8:54 PM, [redacted] was within the vicinity of East 113th Street and 2nd Avenue in Manhattan, when he was allegedly called a "bitch," by Police Officer Jonathan Tait and Police Officer Roy Anuskiewicz of the 23rd Precinct (Allegation J: Discourtesy and Allegation K: Offensive Language, [redacted]). [redacted] then punched the front hood of the officers' police vehicle, and the officers exited it.
