Description: On October 15, 2011, October 26, 2011, November 8, 2011, and November 27, 2011 the Plaintiff was arrested in connection with his participation in the “Occupy Wall Street” (OWS) movement. None of the arrests were made pursuant to a warrant. On October 15, the Plaintiff participated and helped lead a protest march and stayed on the sidewalks throughout the march.
