Summary

On May 29, 2020, [redacted] attended a Black Lives Matter protest that began in Foley Square in Manhattan. At approximately 3:30 p.m., in front of 80 Centre Street, Sergeant Thomas Manning and Police Officer Aiden Fahey, then assigned to the 14th (MTS) Precinct, took [redacted] to the ground (Allegations A-B: Force, [redacted] Sgt.
