in Brooklyn, PO Duran refused to provide his name to [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Baksh also allegedly refused to provide [redacted] with his name (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
Subsequently, outside of [redacted] in Brooklyn, PO Salzman said to [redacted] "Chill the fuck out" (Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]). There, PO Duran allegedly pushed [redacted]s head into the door frame of a police vehicle, allegedly causing a laceration to [redacted]s eyebrow (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]).
PO Salzman and PO Duran then transported [redacted] to the 71st Precinct stationhouse. Upon arrival, outside of the stationhouse, PO Salzman said to [redacted] "Fucking hold on" and, "Stop fucking moving" (Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Subsequently, within a holding cell at the 71st Precinct stationhouse, PO Salzman took [redacted] to the ground (Allegation F: Force, [redacted]), causing a laceration to his left eyebrow. PO Salzman also said to [redacted] "If I had no right to touch you I wouldn't fucking touch you" and "Shut the fuck up," and referred to [redacted] as a "Motherfucker" (Allegation G: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
