On February 26, 2020, at approximately 11 p.m., in the vicinity of East 155th Street and Courtland Avenue in the Bronx, Police Officers Manolin Molina, Elvis Duran, and Lieutenant Eric Dym stopped the vehicle in which [redacted] were occupants (Allegations A through C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Lt.
