On February 27, 2021, Sgt. Michael Weber and Sgt. Steven Zanca of the Narcotics Borough Brooklyn North Violent Crimes Unit (formerly the NYPD's "Gang Squad") supervised a team of officers assigned to the Violent Crimes Unit (including Det. Antonio Zorrilla), officers assigned to the Gun Violence Suppression Division (including Det. John Lamariana), and Field Intelligence Officers from the 102nd Precinct. At approximately 8:30 PM on February 27, 2021, under Sgt. Weber and Sgt. Zanca's mutual supervision, this team entered and searched [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegations A and C: Abuse of Authority, Subject Retired; Allegations B and D: Abuse of Authority, Substantiated).
Present at this location, attending a party, were [redacted] and at least nine other civilians. Officers allegedly pointed guns at individuals (Allegation E: Force, Officers Unidentified).
