Summary

On March 7, 2021, at approximately 7:47 p.m., Sergeant Joseph Grajales and Police Officers Joseph Sorrentino, Griffin Rosen, and Dominique Armenio of PSA 2 pulled over a Honda Accord being driven by [redacted] at Cleveland Street and New Lots Avenue in Brooklyn for driving recklessly and for having illegal tints and license plate covers on the vehicle. [redacted] s wife [redacted], mother [redacted], sister [redacted], brother [redacted] and children [redacted] and [redacted] were all inside the five-passenger sedan. Police Officer Sorrentino allegedly said, "Motherfucker, put the car in park," and used numerous additional profanities throughout the incident toward [redacted] (Allegation A – Discourtesy: Word, [redacted]).
