On April 12, 2022, at approximately 9:13 P.M., in front of 93-02 Sutphin Boulevard, Police Officer Derval Whyte utilized his taser on [redacted] (Allegation A: Force: within NYPD guidelines). Police Officer Kevin Greaney stopped [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority: substantiated) and Police Officer Michael Porcelli frisked him (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority: substantiated). An officer pushed [redacted] (Allegation D: Force: unfounded). Police Officer Cody Duffy pushed [redacted] (Allegation E: Force: within NYPD guidelines). Police Officers Mark Anderson, Wilmar Jeangilles, Christopher Neun, Tyler Harper and PO Porcelli took [redacted] to the ground (Allegations F-J: Force: within NYPD guidelines).
